I want o use the flood fill (for instance) with a color I picked up with the dropper tool.
But when I go from the dropper to the fllod fill.
The choosen color disappears and return to the color it was before I used the dropper tool.
I there a solution for it ??
Now I write down the RGB from the dropper tool and use those in the flood fill.
But
Why is there a dropper tool ??

I can't really tell from your images but I suspect you may have "all tools" unchecked in the materials palette. If you check "all tools" you should retain the color selected with the dropper tool when you switch to the flood fill tool.

Re: Loosing color picked up with dropper tool
Yeah it looks like that option is covered by your Layers palette overlapping your materials palette. But that is the most likely reason. It's meant to let you keep the last color used with each tool or share a single color between "all tools".
Also, fun tip, depending on your version of PSP you have two additional options for sampling and filling. Most versions of PSP let you hold the CTRL key to temporarily convert to the eye-dropper tool while using another tool like paintbrush or the fill tool. So grab the fill tool, hold CTRL and move your mouse to where you want to sample, left click and then release the CTRL key, it'll go right back to the fill tool. Letting you sample and fill without changing tools manually from the toolbar.
Recent versions of PSP include a "sample and fill" option inside the eye-dropper tool. Click this button, sample a color and it turns into the fill tools so you can fill with the sampled color.
