No single or multi trin in VS2022

Yesterday I noticed than all my mts files will crash VS soon as I tried to single trim from library or multi trim from TL.
Today I found that if.... they are not the first on the TL and if the first was "trimable"
All my test were on fresh HD project.
My conclusion is, if one file will be trimable then all the letter ones properly will as well. All the mts's are perfectly good only behave strangely from time to time.

Tried using single and multi trim from the library and on the timelines
No crashes for me, I tried several combinations to trim my MTS files but so far all ok.

I do not normally use the Single or Multi trim but rely on the controls below the preview screen, using a combination of Mark-in Mark-out and Scissors to cut and crop my clips.

I also hardly use them, I don't know why it pop to me this morning to test them and found such silent crash (no OS event). VS2020 do not crash on the very same mts's.
