analog video problem

I have a video 8 camcorder, which is plugged via the S-connector to an ATI 9800 All In Wonder graphics card.
When using ATI multimedia centre the video output is perfect, but when using videostudio 8 the bottom 5 or 6 lines are just a jittery mess with no proper colour.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Sounds normal.

I have a similar issue with my Pinnacle Studio Moviebox USB. I haven't figured out how to prevent the overscan so I just use the cropping filter to cover it up.

But you don't need to cover it up !!! - it will only show in the preview screen of an editing programme and never ever on a TV.

I agree, it wont show up on the TV. It will show up if watched on the computer (at least on mine). See topic
