Multi Cam Tool - Not synching correctly

Post by 56_kruiser »

I am trying to use four videos and 1 audio, which will be the main audio. They synch works fine when I used 2 videos, but when I use 4 it does not.

There is a picture below: Camera 1 and 3 seem to be relatively synched with each other. In fact, 1 and 3 are what I use, along with audio 1, for the 2 camera synch.

Camera 2 is not close to anything. Camera 4 and Audio 1 appear synched fine, but not in synch with any of the others.

Does 4 camera synch work? Any suggestions?

[EDIT]
I just tried using 1 video and the audio. Ran the tool, and rendered the results. Then loaded that up as the 4th video, set it to be the video provider, and tried to run the tool. It ended up crashing and closing. The picture below is based on the original part of this post.

SOLVEDv - Multi Cam Tool - Not synching correctly

I think I figured it out. The audio I was using as the master was a WAV file, created on a Yamaha DGX 660. I noticed quite a difference in what the graphic indicators showed for the audio between each clip.

So, I rendored the WAV file in VS to a M4a file. It works now.
