Portrait to Landscape?

I took a video with my phone. I started in Portrait mode, then I rotated my phone to landscape but that part of the video didn't rotate.

So I clipped the part that want to switch to landscape

So I'm trying to re orientate it. The Corel Help mentions going to Edit->Rotate Left but there is no Rotate under the edit menu.

So a few questions.

1. Is Rotate what I want.
1a. Where is Rotate.
2. If rotate is not what I want. Then how do I fix this.

Right click on clip and select rotate from option panel
