My menu is missing

Bought Program and went to do my first slide show.

went to slideshow tab and have controls for Audio and slide duration but controls are missing for
Pan and ZOOM and Transititions

Have I got a bad copy or I need a patch?

Have you tried contacting their technical support? Maybe a clean reinstallation will do. ^_^

I have left message with them but when you get a reply will be another thing. Still waiting.

I done a complete install... deleted the old files and folder but still no joy.
