Login impossible: no board administrator ?

I have been a member since more than 10 years (VSX2 to VS2021).
I tried logging-in but it says my password was wrong (?).
I used "I forgot my password" but when I enter my email & Submit, the email box becomes blank and no email is sent to me to re-initialize my password.
After 3 attempts, it kicked me out and said to contact the "Board Administrator". When I click on the "Board Administrator" link, it says that "Board Administrator contact page has been disabled".
I had to register again under another ID and email as the system tells me the ID and email are already taken and account is activated.
Can you help me recover my previous account (and see my previous posts).

My previous ID was "brouillette".

Please steer me to the right person or process to resolve this ?

Your brouillette account was linked to a slightly different email address to the one linked to the current account p903pgc. I can assign you a temporary password to revive your brouillette account, but I'll send it to both email addresses in case the original one is no longer active.

Incidentally, I have been a Site Administrator for quite a few years, but have not been aware of any Board Administrator link. Is it readily apparently on a page of the forum, or only when you get a message to contact the Board Administrator?
