Thanks for your help.

I doubt the part of "editing hosts" because our PSP does't have the designing of modifying the hosts file of the system according to what I know.
The solution you provided is to remove the content that the application added to the hosts.

I sitll think it maybe the server issue ...... but I need to prove it, so we can try to find out what's going on....

I looked up the malwarebytes program firewall and then allowed PSP 2023 upgrade to pass through the firewall, I am reluctant to uninstall malwarebytes because I may have to pay for it again when I re-install it. I will look at the latest entry and try that tomorrow. Thanks for your help.

Do you still have the issue?
I know that another use "ken1171" had this issue but ken1171 can sign-in properly in the next day (he didn't change anything in his system)
If you still have this issue, can you check your "private message" and check the message I sent you earlier?
It could be very helpful if you could provide the information....

I have not been able to resolve this problem so I tried uninstalling Corel Painter Essentials 8 in case that was interfering with the main program. During the uninstall it said did I want to repair it and I said Yes. After the repair had finished I got the message This site cannot be reached, check if there is a typo in apps.corel.com and further down the page If spelling is correct, try running windows network diagnostics and then this DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN and then at the bottom of the page Reload. This means nothing to me and when I tried repairing Corel PSP 2023 upgrade this did not happen. I am clutching at straws now, will have to admit defeat soon and go for another product.
