Add a box around text?

At first I thought I should call it "highlighting the text" but then I thought it might sound better to tell everyone I want to put a box around the text, but the best way for me to make sense is to show everyone an example of what I've been trying to figure out for weeks how to do with PSP2022. Is there a tutorial that anyone is aware of to help me achieve this look ? I've been going to the CANVA site to do this when needed and they call it "text box"

Not a tutorial but a basic idea of how I would approach it.

Closest thing I can think of is Outer Glow Layer Effect. Just right-click the vector layer (not the text object itself) and select Properties, under the effects tab turn on outer glow.

Another option is to add vector rectangles behind the text objects. If each line is it's own text object it can be made easier by using the Objects menu to quickly align and make the rectangles the same size as the text objects.

LeviFiction, the Outer Glow Layer Effect works perfectly and is so easy. Thanks so much for telling me about that. I never knew I could add that effect to TEXT. I wasn't sure how to do the other suggestion but this one works really well. Thanks so much again for your help.
