Accessing Previous In-App Store Purchases in PaintShop Pro 2023

Post by JustPlaying »

Hi. I've been unable to access most of my in-app purchases in PaintShop Pro 2023 Ultimate which should be in My Library in the Store. The only things that show up when I check my Library is AI HDR Studio and a few things that were free that I added after installation. My other stuff like The Ultimate Creator's Bundle items I had purchased previously don't show up. They're all there in the 2022 version.

I've worked through all of the suggestions in the knowledge base article up to and including contacting support with no success so far. My update to Painter 2023 worked fine, with all previous purchases being available in My Library and restoring from restore purchases. Are things in the My Library section showing up for other people using PaintShop Pro 2023? Or has anyone who encountered the problem found a way to fix it?

I think you question was already answered.

Corel takes all version of PSP as separate product. So, before you uninstall previous version do backup.

Radim in this case they are talking about products in the Corel Store on the welcome page. Corel lets you restore past purchases by going to the Help menu and selecting "Restore Purchases". You are then asked to provide the email you purchased the content under. I inadvertently bought things under a different email than I used for my Corel account so I always fail to restore the first time as I keep forgetting this.

So question, when you try to restore does it claim success or does it claim it can't find your previous purchases?
