Problem with "sharing videos online"

I just got done editing my video, and i click on "share video online" and choose the medium quality option, when its all done it actually saved it in the highest quality setting. The movie is only 5 minutes long and the file size comes out to be 29 megs large. Im using Ulead video studio 9 btw.
