HELP with Brush Tips Creation and Selection

- Corel programs: Pretty much all of them except cad....?

HELP with Brush Tips Creation and Selection
Can someone please explain why some brush tips are not able to have the hardness adjusted. Also when I create a brush tip Hardness adjustment is never available, is this the norm or am I missing something? In the creation window dialog box only step adjustment is available.

As far as I know, only the round and square brush heads can have hardness applied. Custom brush heads cannot.
