Unable to create file windows 10 Paintshop Pro Ultimate 2022
Hell, I could sure use some input. I am on windows 10 64 bit and cannot export picture tube. When I try I get the "unable to create file" Can anyone help me resolve this problem? Thank you.

First recommendation is to look at your file locations
File->Preferences -> File locations
Look at picture tunes and see what default folder is selected. Then make sure that folder is writable or choose one that is.

Thank you I checked under the file security and it is allowed. Also I tried using PSP as admin but still no save. I can save png, jpeg ; but not tubes or frames. Thank you for the help I greatly appreciate it.
