configure "save as"

Post by rnmerchant »

Is there anyway to configure the "save as" option such that the target directory is always the originating directory of the picture being edited/saved?

For me it always seems to go to the last directory that the "save as" command saved a file into. This is a nuisance.

Thanks

Which version of PSP are you using? For me Save As always opens in the target image's current directory. Save Copy As will open in the last saved directory.

This is odd. I'm using PSP 2023 and 2022 and many other releases.

Now the program is working as you say and not as I said. I dunno!!

Can one just trash the whole thread until I figure out whether it was me or indeed the program? Or do I have to look dumb forever.
