Maybe I'm missing something. How do I improve the screen capture sound quality? The only option in the drop down Audio source is Corel Audio Recorder, which sounds horrible. The screen capture quality should be as good as my voice quality being recorded and it is not. The audio sounds distant and dry, like I'm recording a radio with a tape recorder. It's as if it is just recording what it hears from the computer speakers back through the microphones.
I should also add, when I import video with good sound quality, and edit it, the audio comes out worst. Even when I record the video on the computer. It also doesn't matter when I choose Yes or No on the project matching prompt. Typically, my file quality is better than the project properties, so I usually say No... but Yes doesn't matter either.
Are there better audio options on Screen Capturing audio?

Multi Cam Capture has been updated over the last few versions, which version of MCC are you using?
Your profile shows VS 2021 so are you using the MCCL provided with Video Studio
I see my version as 1.2.7.564 (64bit)
The image shows the options I see when choosing the Audio Source, this is for my desktop recording a similar list can be seen when selecting my Web cam ( Source 1)
What are you recording, your desktop with you speaking through the mic (are your speakers playing sound) or your Web Cam if you have one connected?
MCCL usually allows us to choose a recording option, WMV (older versions) , Mpg4 or Mjpeg may be an option. Look at Advanced tab – Encode – for Mjpeg or MP4
