Why am I getting the message "Please login Corel Video Studio First"?

Installed MultiCam Capture 2.0, no issue. When I click Multicam Capture 2.0, I receive the message "Please login Corel VideoStudio first." I really don't know what that means as it is being launched from an open session of Video Studio 2021. Has anyone experienced this or have a suggest resolution?

As far as I know MCC2L is provided with Video Studio 2022 installed whilst installing Video Studio.
You seem to be using Video Studio 2021
So how did you get MCC2L

If you do not have VS 2022 installed then that may be the reason for the message when trying to run MCC2L

Ok, that makes sense. Corel Level Support provided it because of issues with the earlier version. I have since changed and updated my computer and now I'm not able to reinstall.
