appalling customer service - chat
Anyone chatted online to an agent recently ? they never seem to answer the question, always vague answers. as soon as you start questioning their response you get "i will raise a ticket" and they're gone ! and i've never had a response to any of my tickets. i have been using their products for almost 20 years, upgrade every year, in all that time i've never had such poor service, frustrated . that's my moan for the day. lol
