Inserting video clip.

Post by BagPuss »

How do I insert a video clip in the middle of the video or overlay track and keep all the other tracks in sync. I have found a corel instruction video that states when you press a certain icon it locks all the tracks but it is for an earlier version of videostudio than Ultimate 2019 that I am using which does not have the icon shown in the video.
Thank you.

Turn on "Ripple Editing" on the video track and all other tracks you want to keep synchronized. The icon looks like a link from a chain at the start of each track and shows 'enable/disable ripple editing when you hover over it. (Back up before you insert just in case.)
