First loaded video colours are wrong

... the raw video displays fine in VLC but loaded in VS red displays as blue
I can only suspect its some sort of setting on my end but I cant fathom what it could be.

As you've stated that the colour issue is restricted to VS, then perhaps the issue is caused by a setting in VS. Try opening into the Preferences dialog (Press F6 on your keyboard, or Setting -> Preferences), go to the Edit tab, and ensure that the "Apply Color Filter - NTSC/PAL" is unchecked.

I downloaded and tried 2018 and its the same.

As issue affects both VS2018 and VS2022 straight out of the box, then it'd be worthwhile to check your codexes.

Same as the 1st screen nothing about Icc, could this have anything to do with
the fact I am using the trial version ?
