Your profile doesn't list which versions of VS that you have. However, unless you've uninstalled VS from your system, the file that you seek is in the folder named like "C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel VideoStudio X10\EditingStyle\Video" or "C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel VideoStudio X9\EditingStyle\Video".

When creating the project, I used templates from the previous version, but after changing the computer with the old version of the template, it cannot be recreated

As previously explained, 'HD-Travel_Start.wmv' is in the "C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel VideoStudio 2018\EditingStyle\Video" folder (see att image).
