What do you expect, Corel will always link earlier versions to the current version, if you have paid for previous versions, then you should be able to download from your account, not sure how many versions back you can go, certainly all versions with a VideoStudio_Install.exe file will be available

Your Profile says you are using version 23 of VS which equates to VS 2020. If that is correct, you should find the download link for that -- and indeed VS since X9 -- here: https://www.videostudiopro.com/en/pages/download/
