No, I am on Windows 10 and I have no trouble seeing/using my plug-ins with my 32-bit version of PSP, and I have a lot of them.
Did you move/add/save your plug-ins to Windows 10?
Did you go to File - Preferences - File Locations - Plug-ins and add the folder where your plug-ins reside? If you need help, here is an article that explains the process.

Re: Plug-ins problem
Kathy, I searched every which way and there is no sign of those plug-ins.
Now I tried again tonight and was able to get 3 plug-ins loaded but I have dozens and was really enjoying using them back in Windows 7. Here's a screenshot of the 3 plus the useless things that I can't get rid of.

Re: Plug-ins problem
Okay, please answer all questions.
1. Are you looking for your plug-ins in the 32-bit or 64-bit version of PSP?
2. Did you move/install all the plug-ins you are looking for from your old Windows 7 computer to Windows 10? If you didn't move them you won't find them.
3. Do you keep all your plug-ins in a singular location/folder?
4. Did you point PSP to the folder with the plug-ins? Pls. post a screenshot of your File Locations - Plug-ins.
5. Did you do a search using the main search bar on the Taskbar that I mentioned in a previous post to look for the missing plug-ins?
6. Have you tried re-downloading the missing plug-ins?

Re: Plug-ins problem
I am using 64 bit after trying 32 bit with no luck.
My computer tech copied all my files to the new computer and nothing was changed.
I keep the plug-ins in 2 separate locations.
Yes, I am finding the plug-in folders and pointing to it.
I searched folders and programs and then through the windows icon at the left bottom of screen.
I'm not sure if I can find all of them but I'll check and see which ones I can re-install.

Re: Plug-ins problem
As has been mentioned many times, 64bit PSP CANNOT recognize 32bit plugins. So if you are trying to use them with 64bit PSP you are just wasting your time.

Re: Plug-ins problem
Thanks for your reply.
What are the names of the missing plugins?
If they are older 32-bit plug-ins they will NOT show up in your 64-bit version of PSP because they are not compatible. If you want to use older 32-bit plug-ins you will need to use the 32-bit version of PSP.
I composed this reply hours ago but forgot to hit submit. It looks like JoeB is telling you the same thing.

Re: Plug-ins problem
Ok, I'll just re install 32 bit and try the plug-ins again. I understand it now. Thank you, JoeB and Karhy_9 I'll get back and I will also post my favorite plug-ins. To many to post them all but some I really relied on.
Re: Plug-ins problem
Update: I just went back to 32 bit and got my plug-ins loaded! This is great! My plug-ins are all old so it makes sense that they are 32 bit. I just didn't know the importance of using them together. Thanks again!
