Paint Shop Pro 2018 shutting down when hitting resize button

Just recently every time I hit the resize button it shuts the program off. There have been a couple other things not as important that have stopped working as well. After searching for remedies to the problem I reset the program to the default configuration and now the manage part of the program has disappeared. I have no way to re-install the program since it was a download upgrade. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

1. Use the Complete workspace (do File / Workspaces)
2. If Manage is not visible, go to File / Preferences / General Program Préferences / Tabs / check Manage and Keep last view. After that, save your workspace.
