Hey all, before I try reinstalling I wanted to ask if I may be missing something simple. Normally, I could select a clip in timeline and click the End button resulting in the preview AND timeline jumping to the cursor. Suddenly, the preview jumps but not the timeline so I have to scroll. This was very convenient when working properly and hope to get it back. Screen grab to show the End button I am referring to. I checked in settings but don't see any options for this.

You don't say which version of VS you are using, but I have just clicked on that End button in both VS 2021 and 2022 and it works correctly, taking me to the end of the video in the timeline. So it would appear something has gone wrong with your version. I could trot out the usual suggestion to reinstall. But before doing that you might want to first try resetting VS.
To do that, go to C:\Users\[Your Name]\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\ and select the version number you are using. For VS 2022 that would be 25.0, and for 2021 24.0, then lower numbers for earlier versions. Rename that folder by adding something e.g. 25.0_OLD. Then restart VS. It will take some time to rebuild a new version of that file. But once done, hopefully the old function you appear to have lost will be restored.

Your profile doesn't list the version of VS you're talking about.

Not really following what you're explaining as the timeline doesn't jump, rather the cursor moves on the timeline. That said, if a clip is selected, then clicking on the "End button" moves the cursor to the end of the clip. The behaviour is different in the project mode and if you've set a preview range.sealilly wrote:I could select a clip in timeline and click the End button resulting in the preview AND timeline jumping to the cursor.
