I have searched using "print color greyed adjustment layer" and only get results from 2011. I use Windows 11 and Paint Shop Pro 2o22 Ultimate.
Whenever I use an adjustment layer for an image, and try to print that image in color, the Color option in the print dialog is greyed out. If I merge the image to one layer, or disable the adjustment layer(s), I can select Color.
Any clues would be appreciated.
Print in color option greyed when using adjustment layer.

An Adjustment Layer has a built-in mask and that is an 8-bit greyscale image. Does it change.if the adjustment layer is the selected layer? If not then you can try duplicating the image and flattening it.
