Cant reinstall PaintShop Pro 2022

Hello,
Today paintshop say that "the installation is corrupt or some files are corrupt"
So I trie zu repair the installation. It doesent work

I uninstall the programm and download and install the testversion
It appers a dialog that I can register the programm today. If I click on "register-today" nothing happens.
So I click on"cancel". A dialog witch I can buy the fullverision or I can enter the serialnumber if I have the product.
So I chose to enter the serialnumer. After this, I get a textfile with the serialnumber and a activationcode.
The programm ends.
Every start form the programm shows the "register-today"-dialog. If I click on "register-today" ->nothing happens or "cancel" ->programm ends.
If I deinstall the programm and install it once I ihave ONE chance to show the dialog to enter the serialnumber.

I have
- deactivated the firewall,
- install as admin
- use the cleanup-tool from here

I have also install Video Studio Ultimate 2022. This works fine.

I am in holiday and I have no access to the original-download-file form the purchase.

In this version of download is in the "register"-dialog a continue-Button. This works.
Every start of the programm appears the "register"-dialog. I click on register -> nothing happens.
But in this "register"-dialog is an option "Do not show if I not online"
If I check this option the "register"-dialog not apoears all work fine.

But why means the dialog that I not online?
I have an internetconnection. All programms with internt working.
VideoStudio 2022 working

I am form germany, but for now in holiday in denmark
