I have Corel PaintshopPro 2022 ultimate.
I was unable to access the templates I purchased via the software so support gave them to me in a zip file.
Can anyone advise here am I supposed to put the files?
The zip file contained folders -
New From Template \ 2019
\ X9

Re: Where are Templates Stored
Did Support not have you try using the "Restore Purchases" option? On the home page select the Help menu and choose "Restore Purchases" you'll be asked to enter the email address you bought them under. Normally Templates are purchased and stored in the store folders linked to several XML files and prove purchase and identify their location.
Places like - C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2019\IPP\EN
Though I'm unsure if they would be in a subfolder named "Templates" or not. If you just have a zip folder, chances are you don't use the template dialog you just open the PSPImage file that you want to use. There's really nothing special about templates other than where they are accessed. You aren't required to use the template dialog to open them.
