Can't add plug ins to PSP 2022

Tutorials all say to go to File>Preferences>File Locations but that doesn't exist.

That is really strange. According to the screen capture you are in the Complete workspace but the File menu for Preferences looks like the one from the Essentials workspace. Looks like your program is "confused."

Try doing a reset https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=67616
