live chat issues

i've used live chat with corel agents several times over the last few weeks, they never answer your question other then " i will raise a ticket with your question, we will email reply" and thats it they've gone. after 4 weeks still no response. previous years they'd stay on the chat to help/resolve but not anymore. poor customer service, frustrating

Yeah it's disappointing to me too. It'd be nice if you could get an answer from the company instead of always having to seek volunteers to help you since they're the ones you paid money to and their company made it. So they not only should be helping but they might have an easier solution than anyone else. I even tried phoning them thinking they had no choice but to answer but they did the same thing.
