VS 2022 Rendering error for FHD UHD

Post by Vendelin Zatko »

Have a nice day. I bought the latest version of VS 2022. When rendering multi-hour video in both HD and FHD quality, there is no sound at the end for 20. Seconds, there is no voice / music /. Or it happened that the speaker can be seen speaking before his voice is heard /ASINCHRO..../ I tried various settings in the PC and in the BIOS, nothing happened. With the 1st Hour video, the result is fine. I also tried the 1:30 hour video and there is sound. Advise me what settings to make on my PC. /. It doesn't do that in SD quality. VS 2022 crashes quite often. Well thank you.

It would be helpful if you give the properties of your source clips.

A workaround until you find a solution would be to render your multi-hour video in hour long segments and then combine these segments into the final product.

Are you saying that if you use VS2022 to combine two hour-long video segments that have their sound in sync, then the result is a two hour-long video without the sound being in sync?

Again, it would be helpful if you give the properties of your source clips.

If Dolby Digital is surround sound, then that is the issue, VS does not support it

Stereo sound is 2 audio channels, Left & Right
Surround Sound has 3 or more audio channels,

From Wikipedi
Surround sound is a technique for enriching the fidelity and depth of sound reproduction by using multiple audio channels from speakers that surround the listener (surround channels). Its first application was in movie theaters. Prior to surround sound, theater sound systems commonly had three screen channels of sound that played from three loudspeakers (left, center, and right) located in front of the audience. Surround sound adds one or more channels from loudspeakers to the side or behind the listener that are able to create the sensation of sound coming from any horizontal direction (at ground level) around the listener.

Have a nice day. Yes, that's clear to me, because my cameras also record Dolby Digital stereo 2 channels, not 3 or 5 channels.
I tried to render only audio without video to WMA 3200KHz 16bit stereo, MPEG-4 44,100 16bit stereo and WAV files 48,000 16bit stereo. I tried to render all three formats with the original video
I put MUTE audio on the original video. The result no change persists.

First confirm that your project properties match the video files properties.
What type of video, mpeg4 or mts? I suspect the latter.

From Share what options have you tried?

From Share – top left is an option Same as Project Settings,
Change that for Same as First Clip – assuming the first clip is indeed your video
To the bottom of the panel is an option for Smart Render, try deselecting that.

Rendering may take a little longer
Does that improve the audio sync

I shoot 3 to 4 hour video clips, which I transfer to the customer on a USB key. The most suitable photo that suits me is MPEG4. See picture.

Can't it cause little RAM ?? Because before that I worked in Ulead Mediastudio PRO8.0 also did it, I increased the RAM and the problem was gone. But in Task Manager, I tracked the processor 28%, RAM 49% and GPU 45%. I don't want to buy more RAM unnecessarily. That is why I am addressing you.
