I can find no trace of Paint Shop Pro Ultimate 2022 32 bit
I'm pretty sure I ticked the box for 32 bit.

Quick note the default first option is 64-bit only in PSP 2022. If you're sure you selected the option with both instead of accepting the default then you can try repairing or modifing the install or try reinstalling.
