The Corel Store payment process

Is anybody else having this problem?
I'm using a within date debit card to purchase something from the official Corel store. I put the correct details in but keep getting an email telling me to finish authenticating my details.
I don't have this problem with gettin new Particleshop brushes.
Anybody know what's going on or what the problem and solution is?

It could either be my card or the website.
