Just to let you guys know that getting in touch with Ulead may be difficult for the next few days. They are on Taiwan and that island has been plagued by typhoons for the last week or so.
They got hit by one on Aug. 31 st. and another was supposed to come within 60 nautical miles of Taipei Sept. 9th (yesterday).
Uppance: have some patience if you're having problems getting replies, doing FTP downloads etc.
