Crop tool: Manual editing of pixel size do not redraw crop

Hi,
in PSP v24.1.0.27 when on empty image I edit pixel dimension Width or Height it does't redraw correctly crop. Only when mouse is hovered over it blinks and when activated with mouse it redraws properly.
Can anyone confirm?

Same version, I don't see this. When I edit the number manually there is a very short delay as it waits for me to finish typing, then the crop cage jumps to the new size regardless of whether I am editing the Pixel or Print dimensions.

Are you using any screen scaling? Or any of the customizations to make lines/nodes more visible inside of PSP or is this stock PSP?
