Stripped Down Version
I have Paint Shop Pro 2021 Ultimate on my Desk Top running Windows 10. I recently installed it on my laptop running Windows 11 Home. I noticed on my laptop there are a ton of menu options that don't appear, but they do show up on my desk top version. Does the program know it's being run on a lap top and strip a lot of menu options out? My laptop is running an Intel i7 processor with 1TB hard drive and 16GB of RAM so I'm sure it can handle a simple photo editing program. Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Re: Stripped Down Version
It sounds like a workspace matter. Try the Home/Welcome tab on top of your screen, to the left of Manage. The Get Started option, choose the Complete workspace. That should give you all the options you're used to.

Re: Stripped Down Version
You probably have the laptop version running the Essentials version rather than Complete. Right click on an open space on PSP and select Workspace > Complete. That should give you all the commands.
