I have been using Corel VideoStudio for some time and last year upgraded to 2021 ultimate. I frequently used the included sub app MYDVD for small jobs but occasionally found it lacking and the full VidieoStudio time consuming overkill. I bit on installing the Corel Roxio Easy CD/DVD - a mistake? Since loading the Roxio program, not only does Roxio fail to burn but now also the MYDVD and (more importantly) VideoStudio crash immediately on pointing to burning a DVD.
I did not keep the install programs for any of these and thus cannot do either a repair nor full reinstall. Install/repair programs state missing files. I have not been able to find a source to do a new download of the 2021 VideoStudio program. Five days ago, I contacted Corel support and have heard nothing from them other than getting a ticket number.
Any suggestions?

For Video Studio download the installer file from here.........

This will allow you to download and install 2021 providing you have a serial number.

First thanks for pointing me to proper download site. When using Corel’s DIY problem solving, it indicated that the download was only available for the first 60 days after install.
In any case the reinstall stopped at the bonus program. I then wasted too much time deleting other programs and more. Finally remembered the Roxio install went unusually slow and might well have been about thet same time as one of the now frequent windows updates.
Finally ran Microsoft’s DSM and SFC file checker program. To my surprise and relief, it found and corrected several corrupted files. EVERTHING working OK now.
The CMD prompt reminded me how far we have come since DOS was featured by IBM in 1981.
