The files are in the hidden App Data folder. I keep a shortcut to AppData on my Desktop, which means I do not have to unhide the files to browse the folder.
The full address on my system is
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Corel PaintShop Pro 2021 Temp Files

I had to access this folder last week as I accidentally closed a work file which had not be saved, which meant I lost all my new changes.
I went to the Temp folder and sorted via the date/time to find my file. To check a file I just dragged and dropped onto my PSP and when I found the correct one I saved it with the correct file name. It was only missing the last couple of work steps, which saved me stacks of time by not having to start again.
