[Solved] Problems with VideoStudio Business & Education 2022

Hello. Recently I ordered VideoStudio Business & Education 2022 on https://www.corel.com/en/corporate-licensing/. But when the purchase is complete, I found that the link that provided is 2021 version and my 2022 product key does not work at all.
I contacted support for a solution.
First they let me download from https://www.videostudiopro.com/en/pages/download/, but that page only provides retail version of the program, not the "Business & Education" edition.
Then they told me that they created a Ticket ID and they will send me a personal response "shortly". But three days are pasted and there's no response at all.
Anybody can help me? Thanks a lot.
