I bought VideoStudio Ultimate 2022 from Amazon on 3/23 via download and tried to install. The files downloaded but the installation caused multiple messages that say: “We encountered a problem while installing. Please contact technical support.” This is a new laptop running Windows 11. There are no previous versions of VS on it.
The Corel Support Team did open a ticket [Corel #3369226] on 3/24 but radio silence since then. Any ideas?

Download the installer / trial direct from Corel. Enter key, done.
Either way, it does work with Windows 11 as it's installed on my Surface Pro 8.

Yea, but the Corel trial version is 32 bit, not 64.
