in VS 2021 ultimate sometimes I see some random files in the project folder with Asian ( I do not know exactly the language sorry) file names.
Anybody else faced the same issue?

That thumbnail appears to be a shortcut to the file on the hard drive, right click it for Properties, then choose Open File Locate. At least you should be able to identify the file.
Is your Keyboard using English only or do you have another language set?

The ideographs look chinese, or maybe japanese.
rt click on the file, select properties, will identify location even if it is not a shortcut, but the actual file. Hover the mouse over the filename in explorer it should give some info on what sort of file it is.
