Mercalli Pro cannot be used with transition effect

I have added Mercalli Pro to two video clips and and clicked the analyze button to stabilize my video. After I added an transition effect between them, the Video Analysis Required message appeared on my video. I clicked analyze button for that two video clips again, but that message still exists. Anyone faced similar problem?

There was an issue that required Mercalli to be analysed again, fixed by Corel
