I have exported the same VideoStudio project 3 times using the same config (MP4 3840x2160 HEVC 40Mbps). But the file size of the exported videos are different. Anyone know why?

My guess is that it is because mp4 (like all mpeg formats) is a lossy format. So each time you process it, it loses a small amount of quality. Given the small amounts in this case, I doubt that you would see any quality differences between the three videos on screen.

The properties show a different bit rate in each case - variable bit rate set?
