Hoping someone can help me as there's a 24-hour delay between support emails and I'm desperate to access to complete a project. - Corel PaintShop Pro 2022 ULTIMATE running windows 11
I purchased the ultimate template bundle on 17/3 and received a confirmation email that it had been paid.
I have since tried to access the templates using File \ New From Template but it prompts me to purchase them still.
Support suggested I go to - Help \ Restore Purchases
I did this but when I put in my email address and hit continue I get tan error "Please check your network connection"
I know my network connection is fine (Posted this) and also I can select other things in the program and it connects to the internet fine (Buy Now - What's New - Follow us on Facebook etc).
If anyone has any suggestions on things I can try would love to hear as I'm getting desperate to get this project done as when I purchased I expected almost instant access not to be waiting over 5 days without being able to access.

Were the templates not included in the download links provided?
Do you use anti-virus? If so try turning that off and then checking for purchases. It's not guaranteed to work, but if PSP is checking a different server for purchase history and that connection is being blocked it would complain bout your internet connectivity.

Didn't get any download link was told just to do new from template and they would be available.
No antivirus software.
Think I'll just get my money back as tech support is not helpful.

I have a similar problem and support suggestions are about restoring the software. That is not the issue and I wish they would try to understand the real issue. I paid for Ultimate Templates Bundle but there is nothing showing under "Purchased" when I go into "New from Template"
Additionally, my template purchase is not showing in my Corel account. Other purchases go via Cleverbridge and all those purchases are showing on my Corel account. The templates are through Corel directly and they don't show. It seems to seem that this is where Corel should be looking.
