How do I move an object in an, exact straight line (for example) horisontally without my hands shaking interfere with the movement to a new position absolutely level with the first position?
In Photoshop you just hold the SHIFT key and move the object in a straight line to a new position.

Re: Move objects
Have you tried using the arrow keys? You may need to activate the Move tool first and activate the object. Simple arrow for movement per pixel, ctrl-arrow and shift-arrow to speed things up a bit?

Re: Move objects
Several options available. First is using arrow keys like Forriner mentions. It's generally the easiest, most accurate, and most versatile option.
Another option If the object is a layer the pick tool shows you the current X and Y right on the tool options palette. Just make note of the X or y (whichever direction you're interested in) move the layer where you want it and then update the X or Y back to where it was. It'll be the same as moving it with a locked axis.
Sadly not possible with vectors though because PSP doesn't let us access those explicit position options with vectors.
So another option is to use Guides with the Snap to Guides option selected. Add a guide to the side of the item you want to keep the axis on. Then so long as you keep the object/layer near the guide it'll snap into place and you can be sure the position is in a straight line.
Here are some scripts that can make adding guides that exactly match the current object position a lot easier.
