two upgrade prices

Hello.I have submitted a ticket but i have not received any reponce from official support yet.Does any member knows why are two prices for upgrading?When run VS 2020 or close
it appears an offer for upgrading.Is 54,99 euros.Also when clik and redirecting to the onlinestore the price is 54,99.But via corel.com the price is 69,99!!!Which price is the correct?I had the s ame issue when i did an upgraded from X10 to V2020.I am confused.........

Corel tend to give a discount to existing users as a loyalty offer.
So purchasing through the existing program could be a better deal.
If you were to upgrade from X10 the cost could be different.

Its a no brainer to which we would choose

Thank you for your response.Τhe upgrade means that you are allready existing user.So does not make any sense the two prices...

I've also someone who only upgrades every 2 years odd, and also confusingly seen 2 prices for the "upgrade", but never been diddled. It's confusing, when it happens, but still happy.
