One computer has Windows 10, the other computer now has Windows 11 Pro. After I had installed the PC with WIn 11 Pro, there were no programs on the PC, so there were no remains of Corel programs either. The installation of VideoStudio 2022 was without complications (entering the key was right at the beginning). After installing the program, the registration screen appeared again. After entering the account data again error message-server error-no internet connection. Strangely I could change my account password, I was redirected to Corel's website. For me, the start-up of VideoStudio 2022 is due to the missing registration on my Corel account.
After that I reinstalled Corel VideoStudio 2021 with no problems. The registration took place at the beginning after entering the key, data was already entered there (login name....).
I have the same registration problem with PaintShop 2023, stuck at the registration window.

The additional registration screen that show when first launching the program is new to VS 2022.
From this panel are you selecting “already have an account”, this reduces the panel to two input boxes, here I add my e-mail address and my password, the same details used to create the Corel account when purchasing the program.
Can you confirm you are doing this or trying to create a new account?

I had the same problem with Ultimate 2023. After installing it and registering it, I kept getting the box asking me to sign in only to get an error message saying that I needed to connect to the internet.
I uninstalled VideoStudio and then downloaded the trial version (even though I have already actually purchased it). I then got the same box asking me to sign in and it worked!! The program opened and is working.
However, on the start up Home page it said that the software is already purchased and registered but I can see a message saying Trial: 31 day(s) left. Purchase now.
I'll let you know what happens.

I would suggest you uninstall the trial version, use Program and Features followed by the Cleanup tool, (https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?t=59847) then install your purchased version of the program.
There was an issue with 2023 which seemed to be associated with corrupt messages, Corel / Allodo recommended deleting the messages
I will try to find the relevant post, messages can be found here.

That's normal.
If you created a new account with a different e-mail address then you will now have 2 accounts, which may cause some confusion.
I would advise that we always use our Alludo accounts e-MaiI address to register our programs.
f it was a server issue then when Corel / Alludo fixes that all should be good, even so we may have to delete those messages, assuming they are corrupt.
It may help others if you explained how you overcame the registration issue ( I fixed it to normal.)
