Corel VideoStudio Ultimate 2022 Upgrade - Sign-in Problems

Hello,
I purchased the Corel VideoStudio 2022 Upgrade. Installation was fine. When I clicked on the icon to open the program is where the problems started. It opens up a "Sign-In" Registration Box for me to register. Whether I click on "already have account" or create a new account, it doesn't let me get past this to get into the program. It either informs me that I have "no internet connection" or "error: unknown error." Obviously, I have internet connection and I don't know what problems there are with the error message. No matter what, I have no access to the program and I believe it has to do with the “sign-up” form. If I can bypass that, I think it may work. Is there a way to bypass this registration box? I have been a Corel User for about 20 years and have never had any issues up until now. I have two pictures showing what happens. Please let me know what my options are. Thanks so much.

I assume in the first image that clicking on the Continue button doesn't do anything, or is that when you get a connect to the internet message? I know that I had some difficulty with that form, but managed nonetheless to get the Continue button working.

Anyway, I have drawn the attention of a Corel tech who looks after VS to your problem, and hopefully he may be able to offer some help.

Hi Ted, I'm sorry for the trouble. I have raised this with a few folks here.
There are some log files that may help, but rather than have you gather them all, I should have a more definitive answer in a couple hours.

Hi Ted,
For this error, we need some log files to investigate and resolve the problem.

Right-click Win key lower left, select Run, and enter %temp%

Please look for log files:

AuthenticateUDump.txt
AuthenticatePDump.txt
CreateAccountRequest.txt
CreateAccountResponse.txt
RequestAUDump.txt
RequestAPDump.txt

You might not be able to find all of those, but

AuthenticateUDump.txt and RequestAUDump.txt

are the most important for us to check.

I will send you a Private Message with contact information and a cloud share link, to upload these to us.

Welcome to my world.. I have the same issue.. I am on day 7 with no support yet.

I changed my login password 4 times ( partly my error ) but at any rate the changes propagated down to the installer login and it started working.

I viewed your PM, but I got this message when trying to reply to the message: "We are sorry, but you are not authorized to use this feature. You would have received that message because you had at that stage only posted one message. You may recall that when you registered, you would have been advised that your first two posts need to be approved by a Moderator before you would see them. That means you are not allowed to use the private message service until after your second post has been approved.

I'm also removing your email address. That's to protect your own security as bots like to grab openly printed email addresses. Nick/glus will be able to find your email address in your Profile or send you a PM now that you have been fully approved.

Has this been fixed? Downloaded the trial version yesterday and cannot get passed the "registration" screen

I'm new to this forum, and don't know where to post my question about not being able to get past the registration screen for Corel Video Studio Ultimate 2022.
Corel support is useless. Can't get a reply.

This is a user to user forum, and AFAIK no user has posted any solution to this. All I can do is refer your problem to the Corel guy who replied above. Given that it is the weekend right now, you might not get any response for another day or so.
