VisualStudio 2022 Ultimate Login

I have installed VisualStudio2022 Ultimate on two different laptops and both of them have the same issue.
I have a corel login that works fine. I can log in and see all my licenses and such with no issues.

When I install VS2022 I don't get any errors and the install works as expected.
When I run VS2022 I get a Login Screen that refuses to allow me to log in or create a new log in.
If I try a new login it says the email is already in use.
If I try login with my existing account info I get error Invalid email or password. Please make sure you entered the email address correctly. If you forgot
your password, please click on the link above to retrieve your password

Very frustrating.. tech support has not responded, but they sure took my $$ for two licenses fast enough...

Unfortunately I doubt that the forum can help in your registration problems
For Video Studio 2022 Corel have it appears updated their registration process I assume improving policing of their programs.

I assume that you have two separate serial numbers for each of your 2022 programs.

When you sign into your account for Registered Products, immediately below that option is Product Status and Subscriptions
We feel this is a new entry and for me does show my serial number for 2022, not sure I understand the reason for that new section, It may give you more info regarding your two serial numbers.

Do you have a ticket number for Corel Support and we may be able to escalate your problem

Yes when I sing in to my corel account I see both licenses with key codes for my 2022 Ultimate programs.

This is really frustrating since the fix is an account login issue and should not take more than 10 minutes to fix and yet I am now 7 days in to this with nothing from support.

Ok after 4 attempts to get a new password for my account ( which I did not need to do anyway ) ..
After the 4th password change, now I can log in and activate..
