How do I create Quicktime (.mov) files?

I have Video Studio 9. The side of the box says I can output videos in a variety of formats, includng Quicktime (.mov or .qt), but I can't see how.

I can see how to save them as Windows Media Files and how to put them on a dvd, but I can't see anything about Quicktime.

The user guide doesn't seem to have any info. There is nothing in the index, and I'm sure I've read every page.

Does anyone know how to do it?

Use Share -> Create Video File -> Custom, and change the File Type to QuickTime. You can then use the Options button to customize the QuickTime movie attributes.

Is there anywhere I can look up which settings to use? I am making videos for the web, so I want to strike a balance between quality and small file sizes.
