I just installed VSU, double-clk the VS icon and a windows opens that's white and almost blank. There's an "x" in the top left to close this window but that doesn't happen - have to use task manager. The window that's supposed to open is one that lets me sign in to Corel/VS and use the program from there. Not being able to get that far I can't use the program. Calling Corel got me an answer of "escalating the problem to a higher team." Anyone have any ideas?
